Group visits – The Garden House

Thinking of coming to visit in a group?

Whether family and friends or a school/club visit, advance booking and payment is required for groups of 6 people or more.

Entry is £3 per person age 3+

To avoid disappointment please make your enquiry with at least 48 hrs notice so we can process your request - we are not in the office every day.

Entry fee for a self-directed group visit is £3 per person age 3+. Registered staff/ registered carers/ registered childminders attendign with the group are free of charge - professional ID must be shown on the gate Schools and organisations are required to pay at least 7 days in advance of the visit. The team will contact you to arrange payment by invoice.

Submission of this form is an enquiry only. The Garden House team will contact you by email to confirm details and arrange payment.

Group bookings need to be paid for in advance of the visit. There is no refund available for no shows, unless the site has to close to visitors on the day of your booking.

The Garden House is an outside facility and appropriate clothing and footwear is required.
There is no reserved seating or storage for group bookings unless you have selected and paid for this extra facility.

We encourage travelling to us by public transport. Bus and train stops are close by. We do have a car park - for cars only. Coaches are not permitted down Lakes Road and will need to park on Arkwright Road. No parking at all at any times for any vehicles on Lakes Road - this is an access road and must be kept clear.

The Garden House does not currently offer provision for Birthday parties. Your group can visit, but no party group celebrations are allowed eg party food and cake. There is no dedicated or reserved space for parties in any area of the site, including play equipment and catering.

Alcohol is not permitted on site at any time.
Disposable BBQs are not permitted on site.
Sharp knives (ie cake knife) and the use of fire/ candles are not permitted on site.

This is private land and any use will be reported as a criminal offence. You will be asked to leave immediately.
