We are open Tuesday to Sunday 10am – 4pm.
We are closed on Mondays including bank holidays.

Do i need to book to visit?
All group visits of 6 or more people (including adults and children) MUST be pre-booked.
Please contact us before your visit to check availability and book.
If you are visiting with a school, educational group or volunteer group please contact us via email at info@thegardenhousemarple.com to check availability and confirm your visit details.
If you are visiting with friends and family with a group size of five or less (including children and adults) booking is not required.
What does it cost to enter?
Entry fees for members of the public are £3 per adult or child aged 3+. Family tickets are £10 for 2 adults and 2 or more children.
Entry is paid on the gate and all visitors must wear a sticker/ wristband during their visit.
Registered carers/ registered childminders go free – professional ID must be provided.
We have great value annual passes available to purchase online
For Group or educational visits please email complete an enquiry form Schools and organisations are required to pay 7 days in advance of the visit.
Can you feed the animals?
No, visitors cannot feed our animals.
Do you have a car park?
Yes we have a car park onsite however this can get very busy.
The best place to park is in Brabyns brow free car park and follow the riverside walk to the farm entrance and make your way to the entry payment kiosk by the cafe.

What animals live at The Garden House?
A variety of animals live at The Garden House, including Goats, Alpacas, Chickens, Pigs, Rabbits, Ducks, Geese, Guinea Pigs, Shetland Ponies and Donkeys.
Our animals live their lives out at The Garden House spending time free roaming. You can meet our Pigs, Alpacas and Horses most days along the Riverside Walk!
Many of our animals have been rehomed and rescued. Some of them have been raised from eggs by our volunteers.
Please be aware that we are not a petting zoo and be aware that animals can bite. Children must be supervised at all times on site by parent or guardian.
Do you have a Cafe?
We have an on-site cafe and Icy Bar Open from 11am – 3pm Tuesday to Sunday. Picnic benches with tables and seating areas are available. All seating is outside.

What organisations do you work with?
We work with a wide variety of organisations across Greater Manchester and Cheshire, including charities, schools and trusts. We work primarily with organisations caring for vulnerable young people and adults.
