Cost: Varies depending on need
Bookings and Payment
All education group visits must be booked and paid for in advance. Payment confirms your booking. Please check your school’s finance system and ensure you allow plenty of time for invoicing and supplier set up. Block bookings are per half term or term.
Booking enquiries need to be made using this form as we are required to keep a bookings register. We will get back to you with availability and arrange an invoice for payment.
Risk Assessments
Schools can review our template risk assessment. We encourage all group leaders to make a site visit ahead of your trip and carry out your own risk assessment for your group.
Coach Parking
Lakes Road is not suitable for coaches and we do not have any coach parking on site. If you are travelling by coach you will need to drop off and collect on Arkwright Road and walk the short extra distance. Please remember to include this in your risk assessment.
